Ian brings an incredible depth of experience working in educational settings with families and individuals to support their wellbeing and resilience. He is a highly experienced counsellor with extensive experience working in international schools as a School Counsellor. He has held positions as Head of Counselling at United World College Southeast Asia (UWCSEA) Singapore, Head Counsellor at Dover Court International School, Singapore and Glenunga International School, Adelaide. His expertise includes analysing, developing and implementing support strategies for school communities including Career & Social/Emotional Counselling, Transitions, Cultural Awareness, Anxiety, Emotional Intelligence and Psychological First Aid.
