Every student deserves to get a great start to planning their career after school. With so many options, they can quickly become overwhelmed and frustrated, leading to ‘decision paralysis’. Together we’ll help them take control of their future by gaining self-awareness, confidence and giving them a roadmap by discovering
How it works
The school chooses to advertise the service through a convenient communication forum. Once registered students complete the online psychometric assessments, and parents select an allocated consultation times (usually across two weeks after school hours).
The advantage
A minimum of 10 registrations allows parents to save over $160.00 off the usual price. The report and consultation information can be shared with the school tertiary / careers adviser (with parent permission), adding an invaluable, evidence-based resource to contribute to future discussions.
PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENTS
Students complete three questionnaires which highlight their natural aptitudes, special areas of interest, intra-personal values & key motivators
CONSULTATION
75-minute in-depth session with a consultant interpreting their assessment results, exploring pathways and generating tangible options with an Action plan. (Parents are welcome to attend). NB: Due to COVID – 19 restrictions, consultations will be via video conference).
CAREER SUMMARY DOCUMENTS (after the consultation)
Outlining assessment results, key discussion points including occupations, subject selection, university courses and a personal Action Plan..
